You've To Let Life Touch You But Never Let It Overpower You

Perceiving Life Through A Biased Filter

How are you coping at the moment? Are you dealing with any problems? What do you think are the lessons contained within your difficulties? What would it take to improve your situation? Are you willing to consider it from a different perspective? I'm asking a lot of questions since these are the kinds of questions we must ask ourselves to overcome our difficulties. Many people feel overpowered because they believe life is being imposed upon them instead of working out for them.

I know it may not always look that way, mainly because we look at our difficulties through a distorted lens. By this I mean, our negativity bias gets in the way and we misrepresent a situation perhaps even exaggerating it, instead of examining it carefully. For that reason, journaling can be a powerful tool to become acquainted with our thoughts and emotions when life does not go our way.

Life is precious, yet it can be equally volatile. This is apparent through the wars that dominated humankind throughout history, the inhospitable conditions in third world countries, and unpredictable climate patterns. This doesn't mean mother nature is unforgiving because that is perceiving life through a biased filter. While we may not fully understand why unfortunate things happen, it is because we are limited in our understanding that surrounds it.

Life Responds To Our Level Of Consciousness

We mustn't focus on our difficulties but acknowledge them, so we can process them without getting bogged down in negativity. Otherwise, we are likely to exaggerate our problems instead of recognising life is evolving as it should. Therefore, our perception creates a colour palette in which we paint the canvas of our life. This is a blank canvas and we get to decide the texture and tone of the painting. It is why life a series of masterpieces, constantly developing and taking on form. For example, your perception of life in your earlier years will differ decades later. Hopefully, you will have experienced unique conditions to form your own beliefs.

We can observe life as a feedback loop based on our level of consciousness and personal growth. As our consciousness expands, our perception changes to correspond with our new understanding. I trust you get the sense that your life is not carved in stone but open to change, based on the degree of your personal growth? It is worth understanding this idea because we mustn't succumb to our difficulties but see them as phases of expansion throughout our life.

Similarly, we ought to be open to new experiences and not label situations as good or bad. Otherwise, we withhold the goodness the universe is trying to express through us. As an example, what may appear as an unpleasant situation can be disguised as a blessing. It is difficult to judge a situation based on appearances alone because things aren't always what they seem. Life has an unexplained way of developing, and our finite minds are limited in how they perceive situations. It is simply the nature of our biology to see the things based on our conditioning.

We must give it time to unfold and not be convinced life is conspiring against us. This is because life is reflecting our level of awareness on any occasion. What you hold in your mind and heart is echoed back via your reality. The American mystic Neville Goddard echoed this idea when he wrote: "The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself."

Spectators In This Game Of Life

To allow life to touch us intimately, we must not to let the negativity of the world consume us. Negativity is broadcast into our living rooms day and night. Social media has become an outlet for moral outrage. People hide behind screens to voice their disapproval at governments, institutions, celebrities and anyone who does not conform to their beliefs. If we buy into this narrative, we are convinced life is chaotic and senseless. This is not the absolute truth because we don't know all the details to form an honest opinion. In most instances, we are given a glimpse of the information and form incomplete judgements.

For every negative news event, there are thousands of positive events we never hear about. Although we may not know why bad things happen, we can take comfort in the knowledge there is a mysterious power orchestrating the process of life, within the container of a greater plan. The greater plan I speak of may be a cosmic or worldly process, or it may be a greater plan according to your life's journey.

In some respects, we are spectators in this game of life and whilst we have more power than we realise; we are still at the mercy of life's forces. But this needn't deter us from living a meaningful life. We can take comfort in that the key to our kingdom lies within our hands and we can still co-create our life based on uncertainty.

The Obstacle Is The Way

With this in mind, I invite you to return to the opening questions in the first paragraph. If you keep a journal, answer the questions as journal prompts. If you don't have a journal, write your answers on your smartphone or computer. Try to get a genuine sense of the issue you're grappling with. Put aside your biases and consider the situation with an open mind. Don't be swayed by your opinion alone because if you asked five people about your situation, you would undoubtedly get five different answers.

There could be a valuable clue contained within your problem that you may be missing. The Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius said: "The obstacle is the way." It requires unearthing the answers inside of you and keeping an open mind to what comes forth. Life can be a wonderful experience, yet it can be harsh and unforgiving. It doesn't mean it is any of these things, but what we choose to give our attention to that shapes our destiny.

Live Your Ultimate Life! 5 Behaviours to Guarantee Your Best Outcomes Daily!

You have the potential to live an absolutely phenomenal life.

A life where you get to determine the standards of your lifestyle, the quality of your results and the abundance that you receive

A Mistaken Sense of Reality...
You are not be experiencing these phenomenal impacts because right now you may be in a situation where you are so emphatically conditioned that you are resigned to the mistaken belief that everything happens TO you, that's life... and you have to accept it.

This is an unfortunate mindset too many people have! A mindset that causes them to surrender control of their best assets and expose themselves to a false sense of fate.

I urge you to not fall into this same debilitating way of life!

Understand that this definitely does not have to be the case for you. In fact, it shouldn't! you have been endowed with phenomenal gifts at your creation, which allow you to take a significant amount of control over your direction in life and your circumstances. This issue arises when, as an individual you do not develop these gifts, or give them an opportunity to be expressed with any meaningful intent.

Set Your Expectations!
You are a fine-tuned instrument; your creation is perfection in motion... what you need to understand is how it all comes together. We won't have time to get into all of it in this article, but I want to specifically focus on your mindset, your expectations and how these attract corresponding results.

I encourage you to begin focusing on your unseen, spiritual attributes, as this is where you have the greatest control. This is the part of your creation where your results begin. Everything you have or you experience in the physical is the 'second version' of an idea, thought or expectation.

When you come up with an idea and get emotionally involved with that idea you begin to move into the corresponding frequency of that thought or idea and this vibration gets into harmony with everything on the same frequency.

You are effectively a 'radio dial' that tunes into the station that you want to listen to.

The key aspect is that, for the most part, your 'radio dial' is set to an automatic frequency and everything on that frequency moves into your life as a physical and non-physical results... even if you do not like them.

Your vibration... your vibe determines your environment.

This is why you need to begin to place a premium on your thoughts and expectations.

Don't leave Change to Chance!
As you reflect on the above, I want you to take heart in knowing that change is possible... and you have control over how to turn your life around!

You now have the beginning of a changed awareness and a new understanding. In order to make a meaningful and lasting change you need to begin doing things in a way contrary to how you have been undertaking action to this point.

Currently you are looking at your life, your job, your current results and letting these visible aspects determine what you think you can do.

  • Financially you look at your income, mortgage, credit card limit and immediately impose a restriction on your financial potential or capability.
  • You perceive the number of hours in a day, your commitments, your relationships then confirm to yourself your limited ability to use time
  • There are also many other perceptions based on your current results or way of life that limit how you allow yourself to set goals or manage your expectations.
In order to change you need to focus on pulling yourself up and elevating yourself onto a higher, more valuable level of existence... this can only be done by determining what frequency you want to 'dial into' then working towards that! You need to begin thinking in a very specific and certain way that focuses only on the good and abundant and that your goals and desires you have set for yourself are certain to happen, they are guaranteed and that there is nothing that is going to stop them from coming into being. The complimentary mindset you need to entrench yourself in is that you shut your mind off entirely to any influence or contrary opinion that will tell you cannot get what you have set your mind on. Safeguard against these influences.

Please note that these actions are not just to readjust your thoughts and beliefs into "just accepting" your results with a blind approach to just being satisfied. What we are striving to achieve is meaningful change that meaningfully engages your creative faculties and sets up new expectations that you know will accelerate your growth!

5 Behaviours you can engage today to Guarantee you best outcome daily:

  1. Gratitude: be thankful for everything... regardless of appearances. Developing a deeper sense of gratitude allow you to experience the perception that everything is contributing to your well being and all situations are there to create and environment for your success.
  2. Decision: Deciding what you want and sticking to that decision set an internal tone from your mind to your Paradigm that begins to move in the direction of that decision.
  3. Imagination: This wonderful creative faculty is your designer that adds layers of detail and colours your future world.
  4. Believe: knowing that what is to happen will happen for your ultimate growth.
  5. Expect: the ribbon that holds it all together... expecting what we want is far superior to expecting what we do not want! Either one will happen... you choose which!
All the above behaviours working in harmony and in an upward spiral of synergy takes you onto ever increasing levels of vibration... vibrations that are on the same frequency of the life you desire.

Get your "vibe adjusted" and enjoy the abundance that follows.

How to Use the Universal Law of Polarity

You know about the Law of Attraction. But did you know there are other Universal Laws as well? Understanding them can help us expand our creative power as we go through our lives.

One of those laws is the Law of Polarity.

The Law of Polarity states: There is an equal and exact opposite to everything. Nothing exists alone. Forces exist as pairs of opposites.

This quote from Hiram Pagan, may help you further understand the Universal Law of Polarity:

" Everything can be separated into two wholly opposite parts, and each of those still contains the potentiality of the other."

Think yin/yang symbol. One cannot exist without the other. Each is contained within the other.

Simply put, we live in duality: up-down, left-right, light-dark, good-bad, day-night, healthy-ill, cold-hot, north-south, positron-electron.

Duality teaches us what we prefer to experience and helps us recognize how to change our thinking to create that preferred experience in our lives. We know we prefer happiness because we've experienced sorrow. We like health because we've experienced illness.

Most of us are somewhere along the spectrum of polarity on most subjects.

So how do we use this in our lives?

Take a look any situation in your life and ask, "How are you thinking and behaving around that situation?"

When you find yourself in a negative experience or state of mind, you're focusing on one end of the polarity. Why hang around only at the negative end? You can always choose to focus on the positive.

If you are experiencing the negative end, first look at what it is teaching you. Once learned, turn your attention to the positive end you want to experience.

So, for example, you may be thinking, "I hate my job. I don't feel fulfilled or happy."

What are you learning from this? Perhaps that you'd prefer to do something that you enjoy and something that has meaning for you. Very simply, you want to love your job and feel like it matters. You want to look forward to what you do every day. Perhaps this field is not a good match for you. You may not be acting in harmony with your authentic self, or honoring yourself.

So, what are your alternatives? Start exploring the things you know you enjoy and what is important to you. Begin focusing your attention on the opposite of what you're experiencing now-how would it feel to look forward to your work every day and know you're making an impact? Focus your energy and attention on that.

Action steps that could form from this could be making plans to go back to school or take some form of certification training. It could be seeing where you could make changes in your current position, or updating your resumé to apply for different jobs, while holding the expectation that your desires will manifest.

You can do the same with relationships, your finances, health issues-anything.

Your desire is the positive polarity you want to experience and your expectation that you can achieve it is what brings it to you. The positive expectation is what puts you in vibrational harmony with what you want to attract.

Experiencing what we don't want is the catalyst that wakes us up to what we do want.

5 Reasons Why Hiring a Coach Is Important

We as humans are constantly evolving and trying to be our best version possible. At some point of time in life, we need to take different actions to get life-altering results. The intensity of the situation will demand formal coaching or self-coaching which will take you to your desired destination. There are two ways any individual could approach this, either by hiring an expert or doing it yourself which largely depends on how motivated and passionate you are and your attitude to the challenges that you face in your journey.

1. A Coach Keeps You Accountable

How many times have you made New Year resolutions only to realize mid-way that it was never taken seriously? As humans, we have a tendency to take self-growth and personal development for granted or for that matter get bogged down by monotony unless and until your passion drives you to insanity and motivates you to reach your peak.

A coach keeps you accountable and answerable. You start taking daily actions to achieve your goals and as a result, you are able to achieve timely goals and you have a control over your life.

2. You Can Take Charge of Your Life

There are only 2 things that happen to an individual. Either you take a control of your life or by default life takes a toll on you. Recall any tough situation in your life, either you gave in to the situation or you fought back. Any chronic illness, financial adversity, disheartening or weakening relationships either we hold our heads up and fight against all odds or give up if we are not strong enough. A coach will never allow you to quit on your dreams no matter how tough the situation would be. A coach helps you to plan, strategize, execute and monitor your daily, weekly and monthly progress. So the results are tangible which helps you to stay motivated to achieve goals in any walk of life be it your career or finances.

3. Acts as a Catalyst in Your Growth

A coach is selfless and non-judgmental. He is genuinely interested in your personal growth and development. That is his nature of services offered or for that matter that is his job, his bread and butter. He at no time will put you or his consulting business in jeopardy as his practice will only grow if he satisfies you to the best of his ability. It is his duty to show you the mirror and thereby design a foolproof strategy that can make you vigilant, active and most important put you to action.

4. Helps You to Accelerate Your Progress

How many times you know what you want but don't know where to start? How to kick-start your journey? And you keep circling in this vicious cycle of thoughts only to realize that you just ended up wasting a lot of time in only thinking but resulted in zero percent execution.

If you want to fast-track any area of your life the best way is to hire a coach. It could be a business coach, a life coach or for that matter your fitness coach. A coach helps you to cut off the crap and work on what is needed. They address your specific concerns. It is all about experiential learning that will help you to progress and eliminate all the 'ifs' and 'buts' from your life. Most important there is absolutely no time spent on trial and error as the coach knows what is right for you and will put you on track right from day one. A lot of time is otherwise spent on trying out different options which many a time leads to disharmony and ends up in losing focus on your final destination.

5. Motivates You During an Emotional Meltdown

This is not right for me. I am not good at this. This is not my cup of tea. I think I should quit.

You feel low, disheartened, exhausted and irritable and decision-making becomes difficult.

As individuals we all go through rough patches in our lives, we all have our share of ups and downs. But what matters most is your attitude to the adversities that you are facing, how are you dealing with it? A coach helps you to overcome any negative thoughts that you experience and stands by you and makes sure that you stay rock solid no matter how difficult the situation could be. He acts like your support system to keep you intact mentally and emotionally.

Do it Yourself is too a great option if you are self-motivated, you enjoy doing things at your own pace and are not willing to invest in a trainer. But time is the watchword here, are you achieving your goals on time? Are you consistent and persistent? That is what sets you apart and makes you remarkable. Most important do you know where you need to start from? Many individuals know what they want but do not have the clarity on the route to their destination.

Do you know what are the action steps to be taken on a daily basis to reach your goals? If yes, you could go ahead with doing it yourself vs. hiring a coach.

I hope this blog will help you to decide what the best option for you is.

Why Average Students Stay Ahead of Genius Ones

If you secure 90% marks and your parents still want more, then yes, you would end up becoming hardworking genius introvert that is good for keeping your parents' demands on the top but worse for your entire life.

But wait? Can average students make their parents happy with a better approach? The answer is no - during their studies and yes - once they enter practical life.

If you are an average student, more often than not, you always fail to get attention. When you appear at a family gathering, the cousins you hate most are better than you in studies. And you already fed up hearing from your parents - if you want to excel and grow in your life you must be like that cousin.

Good News for Average Students

Before we go any further and belittle average students a bit more, there is a good news - average students have more potential to deal with challenges in practical life. This sounds like weird, but it's true. Why? There are many factors supporting this reality. First and foremost is that no one has higher expectations for average students and they always find a way to hide from the eyes of so many people (if not from relatives). Average students have an ability to work under stern pressure as most of them study at the eleventh-hour before their exams. They know how to manage and handle things before they go too complex. Working under pressure nurtures their problem-solving ability where they can think out of the box.

Hard Working Students Fear Change

Everyone wants to become doctor or engineer, as per instructions enforced by their parents, all the while ignoring the real charm of the other fields that may resonate with their true nature. That creates an orthodox approach to dealing with real-life hurdles where the mentality is too hardwired that makes students stick to the rules and regulations already set by other people. In case they try to break their circle of rigidity, they fall in the trap of fear of failing, which they don't like very much as they are not used to it right from the start of their childhood. My main focus is not to write off the value of genius students, I just wanted to highlight what are the main things that put average students ahead of genius ones.

Most Vulnerable Creatures

Needless to say, average students are the most vulnerable creatures on earth, in terms of getting attention, before they enter practical life. But, they come with a wide social circle as compared to genius ones. This works best in their practical life where they have to deal with every type of person. Hardworking is good, but becoming too much obsessed with studies does more harm than good. That is what makes students introverts where they consider mingling with people as a total waste of time.

Change your Mindset

It is worth mentioning here - don't go to the university with the mindset you need to focus on studies only while considering extracurricular activities worthless that pave the way and play a vital role for balanced practical life. If you are working with the same intention as you were before entering the university, your social life will be on shaky grounds that can severely affect once you pass out from the university.

What's better?

Aiming to secure 70% marks with the notion of expanding your social circle and playing an active part in other activities is way better than maintaining 90% marks without any social circle at all. If you don't enjoy your university life, you would realize once you pass out, that you have missed a major part of your life where you could enjoy like there is no tomorrow. When you strangled in the wrath of professional life, you come with very little or no room for enjoying your life to the fullest. From making ends meet, paying bills to constantly living in the fear of boss's eye will be enough to scare the hell out of you.

Last, not least, don't fall in the myth that GPA does matter all the putting your whole social life at stake. What matters most is how you maintain a balance between your studies and social life, how you deal with others and how you create relationships with your fellow beings that can turn out to be a real charm of your life.

What Does Being Successful Look Like to You?

Many of us regard academic results and earning potential as important markers and measures of success but they're only part of a many-faceted picture. In reality, success has many faces.

So many of us are influenced and guided by other people's hopes, dreams and aspirations, encouraging us to follow their goal of what success looks like. They may have missed out on a university education, have unfulfilled dreams of pursuing a professional career, like becoming a doctor or accountant, and want those they love to succeed where they failed. But living another person's dreams can be a lonely, unsatisfactory experience, generating very little enthusiasm to sustain it.

Successfully learning a service or trade can open the doors to an amazing career. Offering a cleaning service, household repairs, gardening, odd jobs, a concierge business will require varied qualifications and registrations, but these are areas of significant demand and potential growth. Customers are clamouring to engage with service providers who are good.

Or starting small, perhaps with a multi-level marketing initiative, may be a huge step for someone who has not worked for a while or who needs to balance the many demands of their personal life. Hopefully, doing this enables them to receive training as they learn and grow their business.

In those situations, success may be making the commitment to regular coaching, gaining the confidence to speak to people, even when some are strangers, learning how to professionally introduce themselves and their goods or services. Developing a business model of their own, where the goal is to ultimately work hours to suit and set their own targets, with the option to be flexible, can feel liberating and worth aspiring to.

Budgeting, planning, recognising what people need and pitching to make a good impression, followed hopefully by a sale, requires good timing, skill and mental dexterity, a time to dig deep and reference life experiences that may not have been tapped into for some time. All things to be proud of and give oneself credit for.

For super-achievers, reaching those all important goals whilst appearing professional and financially successful brings its own pressures. It costs a of lot of money and personal investment to maintain the lifestyle, level of fitness and appearance to satisfy other people's expectations of what success looks like. And, often other people judge a person's success on what they see and have their attention drawn to.

Another's perception of success may be either good or bad, positive or negative, based on what's happening in their own lives. For example, if you were looking to make a middle-of-the road purchase, what would you think if you saw flashy, expensive cars in the staff car park; that they were successful or that they charged far too much for their wares? Seeing excessive affluence might make you think twice. But if you were aiming for a high-end purchase, seeing signs of opulent success might convince you that you were in the right place. Perception is relative to each situation.

There are those people who appear to have it all, the business reputation, big house, expensive car and lifestyle. For them, success may now be about cutting back, downsizing and spending less time at work, with more time for the things that matter to them, doing things they want to do. It may be that time with family has become more important, being only too aware that children grow up quickly whether you're there to see them or not and that relationships can struggle if they're not regularly nurtured.

Other people may have always wanted to travel, to see the world and take their time doing so. They may feel successful when they're finally able to buy a camper van or pack their rucksack and set off, with the freedom to do as they please. Being in a position where they're able to volunteer and do charity work gives many people a sense of satisfaction and fulfilment, maybe in ways never experienced in a work environment. Success, for them, is seeing the difference their involvement makes.

Interestingly, being successful can bring its own challenges too. It's not unusual to hear of the void left when an athlete succeeds in a competition, but then has nowhere else to go; they've achieved it all. What comes next if there's no new success to aim for? Many top sportspeople report experiencing the chasm left when, after years of dedication and focus, they retire and it all come to an end, especially when they're at the top of their game.

It's important to plan ahead. Whilst being single-minded about one's goals and motivation, it also matters to be aware of the importance of cultivating interests and satisfaction outside the main focus too.

What does success mean to you? Is it a financial, fitness or lifestyle goal? For many, it's when they finally feel that they're making a valuable contribution, whilst finding a sense of security and inner peace. Money is only part of it; recognition, appreciation and personal satisfaction often bring their own success and reward.

When You Have No Successes to Report

How do you measure success? Do you see it as winning big contracts, promotions and pay rises, awards and effusive letters of appreciation or are you happy with a simple 'thank you', knowing that you've done a good job? Or maybe more free time is your vision of success.

It's easy to lose sight of the fact that some people measure success as simply getting out of bed, washed and dressed in the morning. Yes, medals, certificates and accolades are all well and good but moving from a low point towards a successful end result can require real courage and tenacity.

Indeed, not every day can be a massive success and not every day witnesses great achievements and newsworthy outcomes. So, what about those times when there are no successes to report, no great reasons to celebrate?

Let's first consider the people who are built for success, those people who've made and lost millions, sometimes several times over. They know about success and understand the drive and vision needed, the tools required to grow, thrive and excel, how to view setbacks as learning points. They have the tenacity and resilience to see beyond challenges, rarely considering failure an option.

These people recognise opportunities to be flexible and reevaluate the big picture, ready, if necessary to take a detour along another route. They have the mindset and determination to see beyond any hurdles, and are able to apply that focus over and over again.

It's important to reflect that the time spent identifying and growing the skills required to succeed is in itself a significant investment in any eventual achievement. Turning up is the first positive action, demonstrating that you're ready and willing to learn and persevere. So, making that phone call, sending that email, attending that networking event are all important foundations on which to build.

Think about baking a cake. There are many tasks required before the reward of a beautiful confection arrives; shopping for ingredients, ensuring you have the necessary kit, knowing what to do, the recipe, how long to bake it for all adds to the end result of a delicious cake, and all are mini-successes in their own right.

Being disciplined sets in place good habits. And even a disastrous result can teach us how to do things differently. After this past year of perhaps scarcely leaving the house, being locked down with little work, money and an equally stressed partner or children, success may be about simply turning up with a smile, briefed and ready to go. Mutual support, empathy and understanding are especially important at this time, along with gentle encouragement.

Success often includes learning new methods and skills, being flexible, adaptive, a team player when necessary, being receptive to different ideas, prepared to delegate when others have more time or expertise. Plus, self-care, attention to quality sleep, eating, breaks, exercise, needs to factor in too. Doing this is a good way to instil an enthusiastic mindset which focuses on a rewarding endgame.

And in business, success may include outsourcing or hiring other members of staff, though this may initially feel like an additional stressor, rather than an exciting success. Hiring someone adds a financial overhead and can also take you physically away from your business whilst you train and oversee their work. But ultimately an additional team member will free you up for other work or enable you to take time away to recharge your batteries, a success in itself.

If maintaining focus proves to be difficult it's important to find ways to work on any underlying issues and problem areas. Utilising the services of a therapist, business coach or mentor, mixing with like-minded people who understand and are supportive, sharing and discussing problems with family, friends or professional groups are all ways that can help you manage stress and find positive ways to cope.

However, if work has become a thankless environment some people may feel stuck, with few options for change. Choices are often limited when there are children to care for, a wage to be earned, friends and family to accommodate. But people in those situations may eventually vote with their feet and walk away. Or succumb to stress and ill-health. On average, UK workers take 5.8 sick days each year, at a cost of £723.80 per employee or £77.5 billion to the economy.

The work environment needs to be considered when management are assessing staff performance and their ongoing commitment to results and growth. Setting goals that staff feel are relevant and important, that motivate them to stretch themselves and succeed delivers important benefits to all involved. As does being understanding and providing the relevant support.

So, whenever you feel that you've no successes to report, start by giving yourself credit for each small step along the way. Even things like having a shower, making a phone call, sorting your inbox, filling out a form, can be significant results in your day. Sowing and nurturing the seeds, keeping focussed, supporting good habits all encourage your vision on your journey to whatever success looks like for you.

Talking To Yourself In The Right Ways And Day Dreaming Productively

Talking with yourself is the best conversation you can have with yourself, especially when you push your spirits up instead of down. When I think of reality, it comes down to how we approach it, and it starts there with talking to yourself and day dreaming. Thinking deeply about spirituality, self-hypnosis and the like, it all starts there with how we talk to ourselves and visualize our goals genuinely. The more compelling and "violently" powerful the visions and conversations with ourselves, the more effective in creating a reality it is.

With that said: The better the reality, the better the beliefs in ourselves. Indeed, negative beliefs lead to a negative or destructive reality.

I felt negative feelings this morning, and to get over them, I talked to myself in a positive way and took immediate positive action even "if I did not feel like it". I feel great now, but we all have to work at it, even the best of us in the best of circumstances at times. That is the whole point of this paragraph, because there is always someone with "better circumstances than we have" or "someone with worse circumstances than we have". So, I can only say and realistically communicate this reality: Do the best with what you have got.

As in the game of poker, as in the game of life, everyone gets a hand, and we have to play what we have got to the best of our ability or genuinely lose deeply in our minds from the beginning of play. Communicating with ourselves is the most powerful thing we can do because reality is an experience in communication really and nothing else. Communication with ourselves, communication with our environment, communication with others, communication with everything really. Indeed, it comes down to this: Right communication comes down to right results. Wrong communication comes down to wrong results. So, in reality, we could say "cause and effect", yes, sure, but what is really meant is "cause and results", not so much "effect" as a semantic meaning. Effect is too permanent a word to describe multiple tries at success and ultimately succeeding anyway. Results is a preferred term for me, especially to describe repeated successes. After all, in the games of life and poker, it is results we get from playing each hand in succession, not permanent effects that matter from the past. Now, the present, is cold hard cash, the past is spent and the future is to be determined, a promissory note, so to say.

We must communicate to ourselves in the best possible ways always to get the best results in present reality.

The Power Of Now, Forget "Then" Or "The Next Thing"

Everything in this world is a trance, and usually a foolishly accepted one. Some people, of course have desirable trances that include programs for wealth, power, happy living and the like. So many people have foolishly accepted "loser" trances that convince them that there is a ceiling to what can be achieved by their minds, thinking and actions.

Really, life is a program we do accept or do not accept and what we create for ourselves is genuinely what is. So, I can honestly say, do not accept the bad and really and not lazily work out the good for yourself however much suffering there seems to be in the world.

We can do better than we do if we are doing badly. With that sentence, I begin this section of the article. I can honestly say that the most genuine evil is a default to laziness, and to cultivate the genuine good takes a lot of work in every sense of the word "work". For example: The worst evil in life is decay through not caring for something deeply. What do you think really happened to the decaying roads, bridges and "infrastructure" in this country anyway, and what led us to this condition? I was watching United States Transportation and Infrastructure Secretary Peter Paul "Pete" Buddigeieg speak the other day, and I realized fully what was really going on in this country with that reality. Lazy action, and putting it off until it needs to be done is another evil I can address in this article, because if you want good it takes eternal and working vigilance that is alert, really. Even ancient Asian Philosopher Lao Tzu put it that way in the Tao Teh Ching in so many words, and the thing about things that genuinely work is that they "hum along" working without knowing they are genuinely working well. But, when they do not work, everyone and everything is genuinely aware that something is genuinely broken. Another example, the disrepair and stripping of the Queen Mary cruise ship/steam ship in Long Beach, California which used to be a viable tourist attraction, and is now a sitting, decaying hulk almost ready to be as a reporter put it "sent to a Turkish scrap yard". My point to this example is that all greatness needs constant care and understanding in the deepest ways historical, new or current.

So, back to everything in this world being a trance, we can either be alert and good or lazy, lax and bad. We can either get better or worse. That is the nature of reality however we do it, it either gets care, cultivation and work or it decays. That is it. It is all the nature of the trance or the choice we make to make things good or bad, loser or winner, successful or unsuccessful. To make and keep the good we must think, act and generate constantly. That is the big secret I have been saving until the end of this article. To win in reality, we must work, think, act and generate constantly and consistently in an alert way. That is it.
